Only one Select Add-on can be purchased from each group. Select Add-ons can be purchased at any stage of the billing cycle and are charged one month in advance.
If purchased in the middle of a billing cycle, the cost and included use will be pro-rated according to remaining days in billing cycle. The first month will include an additional charge for the pro-rated part-month.
